- 3 AA batteries provide up to 50,000 openings or 2 years of use.

The Confidant door lock features a robust design enabling low maintenance, high reliability and precision technology.
- Polycarbonate cover, glossy black
- Concealed battery panel (3 alkaline AA) and programming interface
- Levers available in various designs; outside lever free rotating in locked mode.

- ANSI: locking devices:
High-security 1” (25 mm) deadbolt projected by inside thumbturn, retractable by interior handle or keycard; optional auto deadbolt - Standard backset: 2 ¾” (70 mm) mortise and tubular latch; 2 ⅜” (80 mm) tubular latch only (ANSI mortise locking devices)
- EURO locking devices also include: 55, 60, 65, 70 and 80 mm backsets; optional 20 or 24 mm rounded forend plates, optional 8 or 9 mm spindle
- Door thickness: 1 ¼” to 2 ½” (35 mm to 66 mm)
- Emergency opening with emergency cards or mechanical key override (MKO)
